Ave, ōra.
The Romans greeted each other with “ave”: be well. “Ōra” meant the shore. So we named the house: a shore where it is good to be.
A house that faces the lake.
A volume of warm wood, suspended above the terrace. Glass as wide as the wall, so the forest comes into the house.

Avéora is booked whole, for a single group. The terrace, the living room, the hot tub and the quiet are yours alone for as long as you stay.

The Doftana Valley, among beech and fir. Far enough from the city to forget it, close enough to arrive on a Friday evening. For guests from abroad, we arrange the transfer.
